How do I qualify?

The Guvana Price Guarantee applies only to international flight reservations sold on the website, for flights departing the US.

The lower price, including taxes and fees, must be available to the general public for booking on a US Engligh language major OTA website in the same currency, using the same form of payment and from the same point of sale as your original reservation when you contact us. The lower price must be an exact match to the itinerary booked on, including offering a comparable cancellation policy. For reservations that are not pre-paid, we will either help you cancel your reservation so you can rebook at the lower price, or we will refund 100% of the difference after travel is completed. Claims must be initiated within 24 hours of booking, or 48 hours before your travel date, whichever is earlier.

The airline ticket much match the same airline, flight numbers, travel dates, airports, number of ticketed passengers, cabin and class of service. Certain carriers are excluded. Please see below.


The Guvana Price Guarantee does not apply to fares that aren't available to the general public, such as those for corporate customers, military personnel, students, children, senior citizens, groups, and members of organizations such as AAA and AARP, as well as wholesaler and consolidator fares, convention rates, and fares purchased through coupon promotions, loyalty and other "reward" programs. Fares that have been partially refunded or canceled by or others, and fares that are part of promotional packages or that include additional amenities, such as parking or meals, are excluded from the Guvana Price Guarantee. In addition, our price guarantee may not apply to Airline Tickets on the following carriers: Spirit Airlines, Frontier, Lufthansa, Cathay Pacific, Austrian, Brussels, Swiss, British Airways, Iberia, Air France, KLM, Ukraine Airlines.

How do I make a claim?

For all bookings contact us by email to with a screen shot of the new price found, within 24 hours of booking or 48 hours prior to the first flight, whichever is earlier, to initiate your claim.
